To Strengthen Investigative Information Work to Counter Dynamic Crimes

Crimes committed by criminals moving from place to place are common, repeated and dynamic,and very harmful to society. The criminals are fast in acting and escaping,and very capable of anti-investigating. These cases are hard to solve,for the opportunity of solving them is transient and therefore,hold back the rate of solved criminal cases. So it is necessary to strengthen the investigative information work,the early warning mechanism of public security organizations,to improve the highspeed reacting ability.
