| 摘 要： | 领导干部是党的信息化建设的组织者、领导者和决策者，是实现国家经济发展、社会进步、民族复兴的领路人和坚强核心。领导干部信息素质的高低，将直接决定信息化建设事业的成败。因此，各级党校、行政学院应将信息素质教育列为干部培训的必修课，以加强领导干部的信息意识和信息能力的培养。

| Abstract: | As the organizer, leader and decision-maker in the party＇s informafization construction, leaders are the guider and strong center for the realization of state development, social progress and national rejuvenation. The quality of leader＇ s informatization construction determines directly the success or failure of informatization construction cause. Therefore, the party school in all levels and administration college will take the education of informatization quality as required course of cadres＇ training for the improvement of the cultivation of theirs information awareness and information capability. |
