| 摘 要： | 本文以西方现代行政问责范式中较有代表性的等级问责、职业问责、法律问责和政治问责为研究对象,研究每种问责关系的问责主体、问责对象、问责内容和实现机制,并在此基础上对国内行政问责研究及实践现状进行归纳,总结对构建我国行政问责体系可以借鉴的经验。
