加强领导能力建设的现实思考

在当前社会转型和改革处于深水期的新形势下，领导班子和领导干部的能力建设直接关系到党和国家事业发展的全局。我们党面临严峻的执政考验，从“管控型政府”向“公共服务型政府”的建构．提高领导水平和执政水平、提高拒腐防变和抵御风险的能力，领导干部面临巨大的职业压力和心理压力．这些呼唤我们创新领导能力建设。必须树立创新思维、战略思维、辩证思维；着力提高解决复杂实际问题的能力；树立正确的政绩观；建立培训体系，完善能力制度建设，加大考核力度。

Realistic reflections on construction of strengthening leading capacity
