| Abstract: | The trade unions should strengthen the studies and investigation researches,the trade unions should take the workers congress and the collective contract as the main carrier,and the trade unions should strengthen the mechanism construction of maintaining the lawful rights and interests,and standardize the reformation behavior of the enterprise reform and ensure the lawful rights and interests of the wide workers. |
