| 摘 要： | 犯罪心理痕迹是犯罪人犯罪心理及其支配下的犯罪行为的产物 ,它的形成与犯罪动机、犯罪人的个性特征、犯罪掩盖等有密切关系。在侦查实践中 ,犯罪心理痕迹对案件性质、作案动机的分析及侦查线索和方向的提供起着至关重要的作用。
