| Abstract: | The right of spreading and the right of communication are different, nor are the right of information network spreading, the traditional copyright and neighboring right. The boundaries between them shall be made clear and the protecting methods be distinguished to correctly understand the right of information network spreading and to have them regulated by laws, and to balance the interests of the authors, spreaders, and the public. |
