关于在电子政务环境下构建边检服务新模式的思考

面对当前边检工作的新形势和新挑战，在完善和优化边检门户网站计算机技术、网络技术和高新科技发展的基础上，进一步深化边检服务理念，借助电子政务平台，研究边检服务文化与公共关系的特点，积极探索当前在电子政务环境下构建边检服务新模式，是上海边检机关构建和谐边检、促进边检服务文化建设发展的需求，也是边检机关面临的一个新课题。

Study on the Structure of Service Model in Exit-Entry Frontier Inspection under the E-Government Circumstances

With the development and reform of exit-entry frontier inspection work,the public security organs of exit-entry frontier inspection station should deepen the service concept and explore ways of service model in exit-entry frontier inspection work under the e-government circumstances based on the advanced techniques of computer and networks.At the same time,it is a new issue to set up the e-government system for exit-entry frontier inspection organs.
