| Abstract: | After the Liberation War shifted to strategic counterattack and around the establishment of PRC, ZHOU En-lai had issued a series of speeches and directions to point out the direction of the ACFTU's reinstating and development, to expatiate the basic principles of new guideline of workers' movement. He had made great contribution to the development of trade union and the deploitation of trade union theory in the new state. |
