| 摘 要： | 在加入WTO的新形势下，长春市作为中国粮食主产区之一，将受到重大冲击，因此，长春市农业发展必须充分利用WTO规则，加大对长春市农业生产的支持力度，创建新的农业经营体系，加快长春市农村经济结构的战略调整和农业生产标准化建设，从而提高农产品质量，增强农业经营主体的国际竞争力。

| Abstract: | In the new situation after entering WTO,Changchun,as one of China's grain production areas,will come under great attack.Therefore,to develop agriculture in Changchun we must make full use of WTO regulation,give greater support to agricultural production,establish new system of agricultural operation,quicken the strategic adjustment in rural economic structure and the standard construction of agricultural production,so that we can improve the quality of agricultural products and increase international competitive power of the main body in agricultural operation. |
