| 摘 要： | 以城市管理模式为研究对象,首先探讨了其内涵和主要内容。并在比较综合国内外研究成果的基础上,分析了城市管理模式的发展趋向,引出了以公众满意为导向的城市管理模式的概念。在讨论了有关该模式的意义和作用后,着重阐述了以公众满意为导向的城市管理模式的主要内容。
