Risk Management: An Important Issue of China's Social Construction at Present

In China's society at present there is a practical problem of continuous increase of social risk which has such the features as the unbalance,special root,latency and compensability.Risk management is not only important but also possible.Its goal includes the enhancement of social risk consciousness,the avoidance and reduction of social risk,the decrease of negative influence and fair distribution of social risk,which all depends on the construction of management system of social risk.
