对加强我省保安服务业的几点思考

当前 ,云南省保安服务业在快速发展过程中还存在一些问题 ,主要是保安企业现行产权制度和政企不分的管理体制 ,成为制约保安业持续发展的瓶颈。措施 :1 加快保安企业产权制度改革 ;2 以市场化运作方式和企业规范化管理为手段 ,由保安员逐步取代治安员 ;3 积极推进保安服务业职业化、规范化建设。

Considerations on Improvement of the Security Business in Yunnan Province

There are some problems in the rapid development of security business in Yunnan. It is the system of property right and administration that hinder its development like the neck of a bottle. Some measures are to be suggested to solve these problems: first, to accelerate the reform of property right system; second, to adopt the running way of market and normal administration; third, to make efforts in developing the business as a standard business.
