| 摘 要： | 在审查起诉阶段,对于鉴定意见的审查,在现实中遭到不同程度的忽略。在现实中存在对鉴定人身份资格的审查不足、对鉴定意见内容的审查不细致、对鉴定意见证明力的采信不合理等诸多问题。公诉部门鉴定意见审查的机制处于一定程度上的失效状态。应当反思其失效的原因。应针对成因从＂硬件＂和＂软件＂两方面着手,解决鉴定意见的审查问题。

| Abstract: | In the prosecution,the expert opinion,in reality,is almost neglected.Reality,qualifications of expert review as inadequate,the review of expert opinion does not detail the content of expert opinion admissible proof of unreasonable force,and many other issues.The Prosecution's mechanism of expert opinion is in the failure state.We should reflect on the reasons for its failure.We should address the causes from the hardware and software.In order to we can resolve the issue. |
