| 摘 要： | 诚信原则和对价平衡原则始终贯穿着保险法律行为,基于前两原则又衍生出了诸多原则和制度。缔约前告知义务便是其中之一。投保人向保险人如实告知有关订立保险合同的重要情况,是投保人履行诚信原则的体现。

| Abstract: | Policy-holder's pre-notification obligation derives from principle of equal consideration and principle of good faith. According to the pre-notification obligation in Insurance Contract, we can see that if the Policy Holder and the Insurance break the contract, we could take the following relief: Policy-holder pays the balance of the premium; Insurer has the right of rescission. |
