| 摘 要： | 职业不道德现象作为一种群体行为,突出反映在垄断行业,并开始引起人们的广泛注意。加强职业道德建设,必须首先从确立职业道德的价值取向入手,而后科学地制定职业道德规范,并遵循平等与公正原则,可操作性、强制性原则,以及合法性原则。

| Abstract: | The non - professional ethics phenomenon, as one kind of group behavior, are reflected in the monopolistic trade obviously, this kind of phenomenon starts to arouse the extensive attention of the wide people. If we strengthen the construction of the professional ethics, first of all, we must start with the establishment of the value orientation of the professional ethics, and then, we should establish the standards of the professional ethics in a scientific way, and we should abide by the principle of equality and justice, operational applicability, force and lawfulness. |
