On the Problems and Countermeasures of Non-Government Organizations Involving in Public Policy

This article discusses the current situation and existing problems of non-government organizations involving in policy in China, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures from four aspects： improving the legal environment for the development of non-government organizations, clarifying their relationship with the government, improving the quality and level of their operation, and broadening the channels of their participation in policy.
