| 摘 要： | 网络服务提供商是否因第三人的网络在线诽谤言论而承担诽谤侵权责任,是各国司法界都面临的一个问题。英国诽谤法对此做出了规定,英国法院从相关判例中总结出了详细的适用原则。英国的相关规定,对我国侵权责任法36条的完善提供了可资借鉴的因素。

| Abstract: | Developing of internet brings a lot of problems and challenges.How to deal with ISP liability of another publication is a big question of every country.British Defamation Act has regulated it and British courts have decision of this case.This article introduce British Defamation Act and case,it still sets a good example for China to improve its tort law. |
