| 摘 要： | 本文根据新时期我国公众参与反腐败面临的形势,以廉洁指数较高的国家为例,从公众参与反腐败的教育预防、制度保障以及舆论监督和非政府组织参与反腐败等方面进行比较分析,并在此基础上提出建议,即以吸收廉洁指数较高国家的公众参与反腐败的长处来弥补我国公众参与反腐败的不足,进而促进我国公众参与反腐败的科学化、规范化。
