| 摘 要： | 民主、民本、民生是不同的政治理念.民主是人民主权的权力本位,源于西方的社会历史基础;民本是与“君本”相对应的“以民为本”“为民作主”的政治思想,以中国封建社会的传统政治文化为生存发展的土壤；民生是超意识形态的政策措施,直接关乎社会秩序的稳定和政权的安危.吸取民本思想之精华,构建明晰的适合我国国情的社会主义民主、民生理论是当务之急.
