农地非农化过程中的社会风险问题研究

农地非农化是国家经济发展和城市化进程中必然会出现的一种社会现象。但是,如果不能有效地对失地农民进行妥善安置,使其适应城市社会生活,就会激化社会矛盾,产生社会不稳定因素。因此,需要通过进一步改革并完善我国征地制度,妥善协调农村土地转化为城市用地过程中的利益分配关系,提高土地资源利用率等途径来构建农民土地权益保护的长效机制,规避农地非农化所带来多种社会风险。
