作为主导现代化进程新范式的“政党中心主义”

社会中心主义与国家中心主义是经典意义上的国家现代化主导范式,二者分别侧重社会和国家作为主导性力量来推动整体性现代化进程,并取得了历史性的成就,构成了现代主流发达国家的历史演进主脉络。在以中国为代表的后发赶超型国家的现代化进程中,前两种范式的解释力遇到了挑战。一种以政党为中心主导的,先由体制外产生的政党通过构建民族主义价值体系、规范体系与期望体系,实现新式权力结构革新,进而助推国家现代化的"政党中心主义"新范式逐步登场,并彰显了极具潜力的理论和道路力量。

"Party Centrism" as a New Paradigm Dominating China’s Modernization Process

Social centrism and state centrism are the classical leading paradigm of state modernization,which respectively focus on the society and the state as the dominant forces to promote the overall modernization process,and have achieved historic achievements,which constitute the main historical evolution of modern mainstream developed countries.In the process of modernization represented by China,the explanatory power of the first two paradigms is challenged.A party-centered political party,first generated outside the system,realizes the reform of the new power structure by constructing the nationalist value system,norm system and expectation system,and then propelling the modernization of the country.The new paradigm of"party-centrism"gradually comes on the stage,and manifests the theoretical and road power with great potential.
