The existing research on the integrity of Marx’s theory does not unify the diachronic and synchronic perspectives.The reason lies in the absence of the axial concept which integrates all the theories of Marx.Social relations,as the central category in the process of examining the formation of Marx’s various theories and their mutual relations,shows the connection and unity of Marx’s philosophy,economics and scientific socialism in the vertical historical development and horizontal theoretical interaction.For Marx."social relations"serve as a bridge or link from the difficult turn of materialism to the establishment of a new world outlook,from the systematic study of economics to the deconstruction of capital logic and from the in-depth foundation of socialism to the core tasks of scientific socialism,even the intersection of the above three.It can be said that the concept of"social relations"is essential to grasping the development process of Marx’s three major theories and their internal relations.It is also of great significance to reveal the initial structure of Marxism integrity and promote its relevant studies.
