| Abstract: | To build up harmonious labor relations is important to political and economic development of China and to carry out the concept of scientific development.In order to build up harmonious labor relations,the government's moderate intervention into labor-capital conflicts,appropriate and rational distribution mechanism is necessary.Besides,enterprises and trade unions should make efforts to building up harmonious labor relations. |
