| Abstract: | In present years,migrant worker became a group prone to frequent occupational disease.In fact,the trade union's role of protecting migrant workers' right to occupational health has been explicitly stipulated in laws and regulations in China.However,we need to explore how to give full play to trade union's role of protecting migrant worker's right to occupational health seriously. |
