| Abstract: | In China,the employment structure is dramatically deviation from the industrial structure.Therefore,trade union work should be carried according to the characteristics of labor productivity in different industry.In some industries,labor right protection may be a labor-capital zero-sum game focusing on increasing labor compensation.But in other industries,trade union work may be a general labor right protection pursuing win-win cooperation and benefit both of the two parties. |
