强化就业优先理念 促进经济可持续发展

我国是世界上人口最多的国家,就业矛盾相当突出。近20年来,我国经济虽高速增长,但就业弹性却低于世界一般水平,且呈下滑趋势。因此,在当前落实＂十二五＂规划、加快经济发展方式转变中,要强化就业优先理念,将经济发展由过分追求GDP的＂增长优先＂模式转变到注重GDP质量的＂就业优先＂模式上来,以促进充分就业实现经济可持续发展。

China is the country with the most population on the world,employment contradiction re mains serious.In the recent 20 years,high speed of our country economy grows,but level of obtain employment flexibility is significantly smaller than world average level and in downward trend.So im plement twelfth five-year plans and accelerate transformation of the economic development mode,we should reinforce the employment first conception,focus shifts the growth-first patterns from chasing GDP expansion to employment first patterns that focus on GDP quality,promote the fully employ ment and achieve sustainable development.
