我国侦控、侦审关系的反思与完善

对抗制庭审方式的确立和运作需要一系列配套制度与之相配合，而我国的侦控、侦审关系基本停留在公、检、法三机关流水作业的线性结构上。我们有必要在反思我国侦控体制和侦审关系存在的问题的基础上，以侦控、侦审关系的一般原理为依据，借鉴国外的经验和做法，对侦控体制和侦审关系进行改革。
