| Abstract: | The rapid growth of China's economy in the last two decades is nearly comparable to that of Japan after World War II, but it would take China twice as much time as Japan to realize its goals of industrialization. A principal reason for this is the low efficacy of China's economic growth. To enhance it requires a readjustment of economic structure and larger input in technology and education. |
