| 摘 要： | 根据国际法有关规定,国际海洋法法庭应当事人的请求,可以采取临时措施。该法庭自设立以来,共处理了十三个案件,其中三个案件涉及到临时措施。然而迄今为止,很少有人对此进行系统的研究。本文拟以三个案例的比较分析为基础,探讨国际法中有关临时措施程序的规定在实践中的应用。
