| 摘 要： | 女性性受害并非一种孤立的社会现象,更非只是一个与受害女性有关的问题,而是与国家局势、经济发展情况、人口问题、社会稳定状况等问题紧密联系在一起,对这一问题进行深入研究的意义重大。女性性受害具有隐蔽性、多次性、非常时期的群体性与公开性、恶逆变性等特点;高发性也是女性性受害的主要特征,这与男女不平等的观念、社会对女性保护机制不健全、女性缺乏自我保护意识与技能、人类性行为的负性功能作用等因素密切相关。

| Abstract: | Infringement of women's sexual rights is not merely an isolated phenomenon or a problem related to women.Actually,this problem is closely linked with the problems such as situation of a country,economic development,population,social stability and so on.,hence it's of great significance to further study it.Infringement of women's sexual rights has many characteristics which are closely related to the factors including unequal status of men and women;insufficient protective mechanism,women's lacking of self-protective consciousness,etc. |
