| Abstract: | The doctor-patient relationship of traditional chinese medicine（TCM） has administrative legal relation as well as civil legal relation, the legal nature of doctor-patient relationship of TCM is the interlaced legal relation in length and breadth. Nailing down the legal nature of doctor-patient relationship of TCM has importantance to nomocracy construction of TCM in medical treatment and sanitation in theory and practice. |
