| 摘 要： | 本文列举了我国古代选士制度在维护统治、维护社会进步中的重要作用 ,以及对全人类文明的重要贡献 ;又由当前干部选拔体制上的改革受到启示 ,指出我省党外干部选拔制度上存在的局限性 ,并提出一些解决的措施。
