| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the historic transformation of Korea's agricultural cooperatives and it's relevance to China's problem of how to organize its peasants. It argues that a sort of NACF is now needed by China to improve the relation of the state and peasants.And then, some policy recommendations are given out. |
