| 摘 要： | 新颁布的《中华人民共和国公务员法》,对国家公务员管理制度以及运行机制等方面,都有所改变、突破和创新。职位类别划分更明确;规定职务与级别设置及对应关系的原则;领导干部引咎辞职、责令辞职和聘任制纳入了公务员管理制度;公务员在执行公务中的权益保障有了法律依据。
