| 摘 要： | 《行政许可法》是关于行政许可的统一而专门的法律,它的实施将对我国政府管理产生重大的影响。《行政许可法》所确立的主要理念不仅是对行政许可本身的规范和重大改革,也是对公安工作的进一步规范。因此,各级公安机关应以《行政许可法》的实施为契机,加快公安行政管理模式的转换,这已成为一项迫在眉睫的重要任务。

So the public security organs at different levels should accelerate the transformation of the public security administrative pattern. |
