| Abstract: | There has been an increasing number of crimes by mobile population due to the further development of the socialist market economy and it has become a serious problem disturbing the Chinese society nowadays. This article has a brief analysis of the characteristics and reasons of the crimes by mobile population and also puts forward a series of measures on how to prevent and control such crimes. |
