| 摘 要： | 近年来,在贪污贿赂案件中的翻供行为愈演愈烈,成为了当前一个不容忽视的问题。为了从根本上防止翻供,侦查人员必须在侦查阶段就提高防范意识,采取有效对策,确保整个刑事诉讼活动的顺利进行。文章深入分析了在贪污贿赂案件中翻供行为的特点和原因,并在前期研究的基础上提出了预防和应对翻供行为的对策。

| Abstract: | In recent years,the retraction behavior in the Corruption and bribery cases is intensified and is thep roblem which should not be ignored.In order to fundamentally prevent retraction behavior,investigators must enhancea wareness of prevention and take effective measures at the investigation stage to ensure the progress of the criminala ctivities smoothly.This paper analyzes the characteristics and causes of retraction behavior in corruption and briberyc ases in-depthly,and propose countermeasures to prevent and reactto theretraction behavior on the basis of preliminarys tudy. |
