关于以德治国的几点思考

最近,党中央提出的“以德治国”的战略思想,是我党建国五十多年来治国经验的结晶,是对马列主义关于无产阶级专政理论的重大贡献,是我党在政治上更加成熟的重要标志,必将在我党思想路线的史册上写下辉煌的一页依法治国与以德治国是车之两轮,鸟之两翼,相辅相成。以德治国是社会主义精神文明建设的需要,是依法治国的需要,是巩固无产阶级专政,最终实现共产主义的需要。

The idea of governing the country wit h ethics is the experience crystillization of our Party in the past50years,a great contribution to Max ism,and the important maturity mark of our Party,and it will be sure to leave a shinging page in our Party' s history.To administrate the count ry both by law and ethics is just like t he two wheels of a cart and two wings of a bird,and the t wo supplement each other.But the latter is essential to the spirit civili zation and the governing by law and to the fin al realization of communism.
