浅议消费者权益保护

消费者权益保护问题已成为当今社会经济生活中的重要内容。进入21世纪以后,人们的消费观念、消费方式、消费结构等都必将发生深刻的变化。鉴于我国的消费者权益保护还存在消费者护权渠道不畅、产品鉴定环节梗阻、消费者护权成本高等问题，故应从经济上降低消费者护权成本，建立消费者援助基金，发挥行政执法机关的护权作用，构筑现代化的消费者权益保护法律体系等，从根本上维护消费者权益。

The protection of consumers rights in the 21th century

The protection of consumers' rights is one of the most important problems in social economics. The ideas, the means, the construction of consumers will surely have a great change in the 21th century. At present, there are still some problems in the protection of consumers. The protection of consumers' own rights is a difficult process. The appraising of a product is blocked. Consumers have to pay high cost for protecting their own rights. In my opinion, We should take effective measure to protect consumers' rights. Such as: lowering the cost of protecting consumers' rights, setting up a fund to aid consumers, and bringing the administrative power into full play.
