The Identification of Associated Ship in South Africa and Our Counter Measures

There are two methods to prove associated ship: direct identification or indirect identification. Regarding direct identification, we must explain to the court the independent status of legal person of the state-owned enterprise of our country, and the Chinese government only has administration to the state-owned enterprise, does not have the control in the commercial significance. Regarding indirect identification, we must desalinate the associated factors which claimant lodge and do exist and refutes associated factors which do not exist.
