REFORMS AND DEVELOPMENT OF RUSSIAN RAILWAY SYSTEM

In pace with the advancement of Russian railway reforms,there must be a great change in Russian railway system.Russian railway will come into a new developing era and play the role of international route better than before,by way of the railway system separated from government governance,transformation by stock system,privatization in some enterprises,introduction of competition,improvement of business management and economic benefit and expansion of circulating fund channels,etc.
