LegitimacyAnalysis of Ruling Party’s Leadership of the Construction of the Rule of Law

Political legitimacy is a kind of recognition of value justice, and also constitutes the evaluation standard for the legitimacy of public institutions and their power behaviors. The Chinese Communist Party develops the concept of legitimacy in the western discourse to examine her own ruling behavior, which shows a high degree of confidence. The self-investigation of legitimacy of the ruling party’s subjective position and conditions is a preliminary work for the analysis of legitimacy of the Party’s leadership of the construction of the rule of law.
