| Abstract: | Poor natural conditions, lack of education, insufficient input and incomplete sys- tem are the problems facing the popularization of agricultural science and technology in ethnic poverty regions. We need to be practical, strengthen the infrastructure construction and grass-root agricultural technology service construction, and combine the demonstration popularization with governmental involvement. |
