| 摘 要： | 黑社会性质犯罪与黑社会犯罪没有本质上的不同。黑社会性质犯罪的基本特征表明 ,它是我国社会犯罪由传统型转向现代型的一个标志。这种犯罪是社会转型时期必然要发生的。目前 ,我国黑社会性质犯罪正在向更完备的形态发展。加入 WTO可能为这种犯罪提供更广阔的发展空间和机遇 ,因而必须采取有效的对策进行遏制。

| Abstract: | There is no fundamental difference between mafia-style crime and gangland crimes.The essential featurec of mafia-style crimes mark the transformation of fradifional crimes to modern crimes in China.Mafia-style crimes are inerifable to the social transfermation and they are now growing fast in China.Joining WTO may provide broadar room and better opportunify for the development of such crimes,therefore,effective countermeasures should be adopted to restrain them. |
