| 摘 要： | 本文报告41例外伤性脑干出血。根据发生出血的机制分为3种类型。对不同类型的脑干出血的部位、程度和型态特点进行了分析。笔者讨论了脑干出血的程度和部位与损伤至死亡时间的关系。为不同机制引起的脑干出血的诊断和鉴别诊断提供了参考资料。

| Abstract: | 41 cases of traumatic Brain stem hemorrhage are reported.there cases aredivided into 3 types according to their mechanisms for the hemorrhage of brainstem.The characteristics of position and degree of brain stem hemorrhage ofvarious types are studied.The authors discussed the relation between variousdegree or position of hemorrhage of brain stem and time from injury to death.This article provides a reference for diagnosis and differentiation of differenttypes of the brain stem hemorrhage by their different mechanisms. |
