| 摘 要： | 我国经济社会发展的根本矛盾是资源配置的失衡。在区域发展、城乡差别和收入分配上都可以解读到资源配置的失衡与变异。扭转资源配置的失衡必须实现资源配置方式更大格局、更高层次上的变革。

| Abstract: | The fundamental contradiction of economic and social development in China is the imbalance of allocating resources,which causes economic main body unfair in jumping off point and process of developing,as a result,the distribution of wealth is unfair in a long time.To reverse the imbalance of the allocation of resources needs power and system working together well to achieve greater and higher changes of how to allocate resources. |
