“以人为本”核心价值观下的警察组织文化构建

摘    要:"以人为本"是当前警察组织文化建设的核心价值观。"以人为本"的价值观对外"以民为本",对内"以民警为本",符合当前管理理论和实践发展的新潮流,对现代警察管理理论的研究具有极大的推动作用。由于传统警察管理模式以及我国警察组织文化建设的现状,导致我国警察组织文化建设的滞后。加强"以人为本"警察组织文化的建设,必须转变领导者和民警的意识,通过有效形式增进内外互动。

Abstract:" People Foremost" is current police organizes the cultural reconstruction the core values." People Foremost" the values foreign" take the people as the book", internal" take the police as the book", conforms to the current management theory and the practice development new wave, management theory's research has the enormous promotion effect to modern police. But because traditional police the management pattern as well as our country police organize the cultural reconstruction the present situation, causes our country police to organize the cultural reconstruction the lag. Strengthens humanist police to organize cultural the construction, must transform the leader and the police both consciousness, promotes the inside and outside interactions through the effective form.
