| 摘 要： | 此次证券法的修改幅度较大,主要体现在四个方面:完善和调整相关制度,进一步推动证券市场发展; 全面加强对投资者合法权益的保护力度;加强对上市公司和证券公司的内部风险防范;赋予行政部门准司法权, 强化行政权力,强化执法权威和执法效率。

| Abstract: | The revising of negotiable securities law is mainly in the following aspects: perfecting and adjusting the related system to promote the development of the stock market; strengthening the protection of the investors' legal rights and interests; strengthening the prevention of the interior risk of public companies and stockjobbers; endowing the service with the sword of justice, intensifying the administrative power and intensifying the authority and efficiency of executing the law. |
