| 摘 要： | 民族区域自治制度,作为我国宪法所规定的基本的政治制度,是中国特色社会主义法律制度的有机组成部分,是中国共产党根据我国自身的民族族群特点,从政治、经济、文化等特殊国情出发构建的具有中国特色的民族区域自治制度。在社会管理创新中不断地发展和完善民族区域自治制度,是我国在新的形势之下,面对新的情况,解决新的问题所采取的必然措施,更是坚持和完善民族区域自治制度所应当采纳的科学之举。

| Abstract: | The system of regional ethnic autonomy,as a basic Chinese political system in the Constitution,is the integral part of the socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics.It is constructed by the Chinese Communist Party based on the study of the specific political,economic and cultural situations according to the characteristics of Chinese people.Considering our country＇s new situation,it is necessary and scientific for us to develop and improve this system of regional ethnic autonomy in order to solve new problems. |
